A broken bone is referred to in medical terms as Fracture. A fracture occurs when the physical force applied to a bone is greater than the respective bone’s withstanding capacity. A fracture may also result due to diseases like osteogenesis and osteoporosis, which may weaken the bones eventually are referred as Pathological Fracture.

Intentional injury
No claim will be admissible under this policy if it is determined that the injury to the policyholder was caused either intentionally or self-inflicted.
Injuries due to conflict
No claim under this policy will be admissible if it is found that the policyholder’s participation in a civil or international armed conflict.
Injuries due to adventurous sports
This policy will not cover the claim if it is determined that the policyholder’s injuries resulted from participating in dangerous sports.
