  • Add the ginger garlic paste. And then add the grated carrots.
  • Now add all the spices and cook them for 2 minutes.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix all the ingredients together.
  • Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.

  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Celery chopped 1 stalk
